Waterproof and reliable
Locomarine are built to withstand harsh marine environment like humidity, salinity and high or low temperatures. Enclosure is made from durable aluminum and sealed on front side and screen edges. Locomarine panel mount marine displays are sealed to IP 65 rating (front panel only) and all some models in range are prepared for operating in extended temperature range or direct sunlight condition. All electronic components of Locomarine LCD display are protected with specially developed Locomarine NZBN™ technology that will protect it against high salinity and humidity.

Daylight and sunlight readability
Locomarine displays are built in many different size: 10, 12, 15, 17 and 19 inch. With backlight of 300-1000 NITs and contrast of 500-800:1 (depends on model) they will be readable even under brightest daylight condition.

Touch-screen technology
Both models are equipped with resistive touch screens for easier operation under high seas or anywhere else where usage of mouse or similar pointing devices is not possible.

Ambient Light Sensor & Remote Control
Most Locomarine marine displays are equipped with ambient smart sensor that could auto detect the amount of light in the viewing environment and auto-adjusts the brightness of the screen. That will reduces the power usage, extend backlight life and provide more comfortable viewing. Models from 15-19 inch (except XT & UB range) comes with IR remote control for easy OCD setting.
